Innovating Polymer Casings: A Technical Vision for Future Home & Entertainment Components

Today’s entry marks a major step forward in my ongoing development of polymer casings and artistic composite covers designed for in-home devices and entertainment systems. This blog post serves as both a project update and a formal record of the specifications, design principles, and material concepts guiding the next phase of prototype preparation.

This work includes detailed planning for sinew-style inlet/outlet channels, sphere nodules, gradient-controlled polymers, and the integration of advanced color schemes into functional device architecture.

Below is the full technical outline, preserved exactly as originally drafted, but formatted into a clear and readable documentation post.

Project Entry Overview

This document is an entry for the planning and continuation of works for casings and polymer covers with artistic color schemes and sinew entry outlet inlet in components for in-home use and entertainment.

Prepared by: Jonathan Olvera

The purpose of this phase is to begin the preparations for prototype construction and to identify the required specifics for models in Entry [2], [4], [5], and Entry Logo Art.

Prototype Preparation Requirements

The following entries serve as anchor points for prototype development:

  • Entry [2]

  • Entry [4]

  • Entry [5]

These will guide material selection, dimensional comparisons, color mapping, and inlet/outlet integration for the polymer casings.

Logo and Art Development

1. Font Selection

This section defines the font choices for branding and device-facing elements.

ENTRY (D) – Dimensions Index:

  • Letter height and width

  • Kerning ratios

  • Spatial placement

  • Surface tolerances

2. Control Number Gradient – Entry [4]

This specifies the gradient relationship between:

  • Volume coordinate

  • Polymer ratio

  • Color composite ratio

This gradient establishes consistency across indicator surfaces on components.

Sphere Nodule Specifics

Data to Collect

  • Radius

  • Diameter

  • Nodule behavior under surface coating

  • Mass and pressure tolerance

Dimension Trajectory

Tracks mold behavior, dimensional expansion or contraction, and polymer flow deviation.

Angular Junctions

A list of required angular points and structural transitions that support form integrity.

The “Five Grape” Property Model

Documenting equivalents to five grape properties and variables and nominals entries:

  1. Polymer thickness

  2. Surface tension

  3. Mass and density

  4. Internal pressure behavior

  5. Flexion and elasticity

These serve as comparison baselines for evaluating polymer behavior.

Insert Device Specifications

Face Entry Dimensions (Entries 1–2)

These dimensions increase gradually to Entry (3) and include:

  • Scaling

  • Material thickness change

  • Sinew-entry spacing

Properties to Document

  • Heat tolerance

  • Acoustic resonance

  • Polymer flexibility

  • Structural load behavior

  • Composite color adherence

This begins the spatial comparison of collected numerals and available materials.

Artistic Color Analysis

Color Comparisons

Study of palette harmony, reflectivity, and multilayer composite behavior.

Differentials

Light/dark transitions, hue shifts, and overlay interactions.

Tones & Contrast

Maintaining visibility and color sharpness on molded surfaces.

Alphabetical & Numerical Coordinates

Used for:

  • RGB

  • CMYK

  • HEX

  • Color indexing

  • Mapping tones across device surfaces

Figures and Behavioral Properties

Figures are collected for:

  • Gravity: mass distribution across casings

  • Shape: deformation or curvature under load

  • Human Reflux/Reflex: ergonomics, grip comfort, response behavior, and handling safety

These metrics guide user-centered design.

Project Purpose Restated

This entry forms the foundation for ongoing development of:

  • Polymer casings

  • Composite color schemes

  • Sinew-style inlet/outlet components

All for use in home-based and entertainment devices where durability, aesthetics, and functionality intersect.

This marks the beginning of a structured, measurable, and creative technical journey toward fully realized prototypes.
