SUBJECT: Establishment of Labor Union and Valuation of Territorial Artifice for Institutional Development and Resource Allocation


I. OBJECTIVE OVERVIEW

This journal records the foundational efforts to establish a structured labor union composed of regional inhabitants—tasked with defining their work, establishing valuation protocols, and formalizing regional cycles of consumption and production. This labor initiative serves a dual purpose:

  1. Economic integration and workforce mobilization, and

  2. Scientific-artificial valuation of territory and its capacity to host Roman-inspired governance and institutional systems.


II. WORKFORCE ORGANIZATION AND COLLECTION MECHANISMS

The union will operate under a modular classification system whereby laborers are defined by their output, resource type, and geographic zone.
Key actions include:

  • Collection Initiation: The objective is to begin formal collections and organize the documentation of production per location.

  • Definition of Work: Labor units will be measured by their capacity to modify, sustain, and extract value from the environment, especially via agrarian, hydrological, and fabrication work.

Target Production Benchmarks per Cycle:

  • Water Collection: 250,000 units

  • Agricultural Crop Units: 250,000 units

  • Mineral Granule Units: 250,000 units (for oceanic navigation and marine purification)

These are minimum values required to test sustainability and provide baseline metrics for valuation.


III. TERRITORIAL ARTIFICE AND METABOLIC VALUATION

To measure labor viability and regional value, we propose to consume and analyze total intake and output (metabolic ratios) through a two-dimensional nutrient count system (e.g., 2D Metabolites + Celtic Nutritional Index).

This will be used to prove both merchandise value and human energy cost, resulting in scalable economic and nutritional models.
